Registrations For Our 2013-2014 House League Season
begins March 1, 2013

PLAYER REGISTRATION
Please carefully read through the registration form and provide all of the information requested. One form should be completed for each player, even if a family has more than one player registering. The form should be printed and mailed in with your cheque, payable to the Etobicoke Basketball Association at the address indicated.

The EBA has a history of tremendous volunteer support that has made our league a very successful community organization. Make a difference in our children’s lives. Your assistance in completing the following profile is appreciated.
There is no previous experience necessary.
For each division we require the following volunteers: - Convenors
- Coaches
- Assistant Coaches
- Scorekeepers/Timekeepers
- Rep Managers
- Tournament Convenors
- Tournament Concessions

REFEREE REGISTRATION
If you would like to be considered as a Referee, please fill out the form below and you will be contacted in due course. Referees are required for Saturdays during the month of October to March, our House League season.
